Your contact details
If you use our contact form or book an initial meeting with us through the booking calendar you may provide your contact details such as your name, phone number or email address. Our booking calendar is run by Calendly.com, please see their information regarding their use of cookies and adherence to data protection. Calendly uses cookies to improve your experience, you will be able to adjust cookie settings using the popup banner at the bottom of the booking page.
We will retain your contact details as required for administrative or security purposes.
Our Mail Subscription Service is run by Mailchimp. If you subscribe to our email list, you can unsubscribe at any point. We will never pass on your contact details to third parties for purposes such as marketing.
Additional information
Any information you provide to us in the course of working together will be stored on a secure virtual server. We will retain additional relevant information that you have provided to us for up until one year after our work together ends. You can request that any data we hold about you, except data necessary for administrative or security purposes, is erased.
